Delhi Earthquake Latest News

Delhi Earthquake Latest News: Delhi-NCR and its neighboring areas were once again rattled by a powerful earthquake, marking the second significant seismic event in just three days. The recent earthquake, measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale, sent tremors through the region, with its epicenter linked to Nepal.

The unsettling event occurred at 4:18 pm, causing widespread concern in the capital and nearby regions. Notably, this seismic occurrence was not isolated, as it follows a strong earthquake that jolted the region late in the evening just three days prior. The previous earthquake, measured at 6.4 on the Richter scale, took place at 11:32 pm, with Nepal also identified as the source of the tremors.

These recurring earthquakes have raised concerns and heightened vigilance in the affected regions. The National Seismology Centre has been actively monitoring and reporting on the seismic activities, offering valuable data and insights to help residents and authorities prepare for such occurrences.
