New Delhi: Today is the 10th day of farmers' protest against farm laws. The farmer will have a meeting with the government today. The meeting will discuss agricultural laws but before this discussion the farmers have hardened their stance. Farmers are still protesting against agriculture laws on the Delhi-UP border.

"We hope the issue will be resolved, the government will listen to us," said one protester before meeting the central government today. The fifth round meeting of the government and farmers leaders will be attended by Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Food Minister Piyush Goyal and Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Som Prakash.

The agitators are adamant in their demands for repeal of farm laws. The farmers have even declared a 'Bharat Bandh' on December 8. The farmers have also warned that if the government does not comply with their demands, they will close other roads leading to the national capital.
