On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the branch manager of UCO Bank, with due respect and decorum, will personally visit the defaulters' homes to extend warm festive greetings and offer them boxes of delectable sweets. While it is customary for bank managers to maintain regular contact with their top customers and send festive wishes, this distinctive approach by UCO Bank reflects a sincere effort to reestablish a positive rapport with the defaulters.
