1 cup poha
1 cup peanut kernels
1 cup besan (gram flour)
3 tsp green coriander, finely chopped
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3 green chillies, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Preparation Method:

- Begin by adding 1 cup of water to the poha and set it aside to ensure the poha is well-soaked. Prepare Besan Solution: In a bowl, create a thick solution by combining besan and a small amount of water. Stir the solution thoroughly until a smooth consistency is achieved.

- To the besan solution, incorporate coriander powder, red chilli powder, finely chopped green chillies, salt, and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to create a flavorful batter. Ensure excess water is drained from the soaked poha, and then add it to the prepared besan solution.

- To the mixture, add peanut kernels, ensuring an even distribution for a well-balanced flavor. 

- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to create a cohesive batter, forming the base for your peanut pakodas.

- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully place spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, creating individual pakoras. Fry until each side achieves a golden brown hue. As the peanut pakodas attain a tempting golden color, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate. Your hot and crispy peanut fritters are ready to be savored!
