- Begin by rinsing rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds in a vessel, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned. Simultaneously, wash the poha in a separate vessel. In a large bowl, combine curd with rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, and poha. Allow the mixture to rest for 6-7 hours.

- After the specified time, add salt and sugar to the mixture. Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste using a mixer. Let the batter rest for an additional 5-6 hours. 

- Heat a tawa on low flame. Once hot, spread oil evenly across the surface. Using a big spoon or bowl, pour the dosa batter onto the center of the tawa, spreading it in a circular pattern. After approximately a minute, when one side is well-cooked, flip the dosa. Apply oil on the other side and cook until perfection is achieved.
