500 gm Potato
400 gm Paneer
2 Onions (finely chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
4 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

- Boil the potatoes until tender. Once boiled, peel and mash them to achieve a smooth consistency. Mash the paneer and blend it thoroughly with the boiled potatoes.
