Spinach Corn Curry Recipe: This scrumptious recipe brings together the freshness of spinach, the sweetness of corn, and a blend of aromatic spices to create a savory dish that's both nutritious and a delight for the taste buds. Here's easy recipe to make Spinach Corn Curry at home.

Ingredients:

250 grams Spinach
1/2 cup Corn
1 spoon Cream
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 spoon Coriander Powder
1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder
Salt (to taste)
1 Small spoon Cumin
1 spoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
Asafoetida

Preparation:

- Wash the spinach thoroughly and slice it into thick pieces. In a frying pan, boil the chopped spinach with a cup of water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

- Boil the corn kernels in a cup of water for 5 minutes. Once done, grind the boiled spinach into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder. Make separate purees from onions and tomatoes.

- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and finely chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown. Stir in the ginger and garlic paste, ensuring it blends well, then add the tomato puree. Cook until the gravy thickens and releases oil.

- Add salt and all dry spices, stirring and cooking for a minute. Combine the boiled corn kernels with the spinach paste, cooking the mixture for five minutes.

- Lastly, add the cream and turn off the heat. Your delectable Spinach Corn Curry is now ready to be served, offering a delightful blend of flavors and nutritious greens to your meal.
