A Video clip of a vendor making south Indian dish dosa in a very artistic manner went viral on the social media.

Street food is the best way to know about the food culture of any city or country. One can feel the essence of the  heritage in the street foods of the area. These days, youngsters are the most fan of the same. The food industry is not only about the taste, but also about the creativity and unique way of preparing. These days, a video clip of a vendor making south Indian dish dosa in a very artistic manner went viral on the social media. 

Taking to Twitter, the CEO of Naandi Foundation, Manoj Kumar dropped the video in which a street food vendor is seen making dosa on the tawa. Now, you will say what's so unique in that ? isn't it? Here, the twist comes as the vendor prepares dosa in a cat shape. The vendor takes care of every single detail of the shape. At the end, he folds the dosa and serves it with a chutney. 

Manoj Kumar captioned the post, "I believe India's street food vendors are the most innovative, resilient and impactful food influencers. More than any gourmet chef. Been wondering how to work with them to influence a nutritive food system. Please applaud this guy's artistic skills."
