Redmi Launces Redmi Note 7 Pro in India
Xiaomi adds another phone in the affordable smart phone segment
Chandigarh, 1st March: On Thursday, the Chinese phone manufacturing giant Xiaomi released its newest phone Redmi Note 7 Pro. It is the first product which is first released in India and then it will be available in rest of the countries. The Note 7 pro has a 6.3-inch Full HD display with Dot Notch technology and comes with an Aura Design.
This phone is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on screen and the back. Qualcomm Snapdragon 671 AIE SoC, which is an upgrade from the Note 7’s Snapdragon 660 is used in this phone. Redmi Note 7 Pro has half-inch stacked CMOS sensor. It comes with an f/1.79 aperture which can be used to take better images in low-light conditions.
Users need to navigate to the Pro mode in the camera app to click 48 MP images otherwise the camera captures photos of 12 MP only by default. This phone has a 13 MP camera that has an f/2.0 aperture and uses AI to detect to up to 12 scene categories. It comes with a large 4,000 mAh battery which works on Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4 Fast Charging technology. Notably, Xiaomi has captured the smart phone market in India in the last couple of years and has emerged as the #1 smart phone seller.
