the farmers are planning to march to Delhi

In Panchkula, a part of Haryana, they've set up some rules

Farmers Protest in Delhi, Section 144 in Panchkula, Mobile Internet Cut in 7 Haryana Districts: In a major development, Section 144 has been imposed in Panchkula while mobile internet services have been cut in 7 Haryana districts before the farmers' Delhi rally. The Sanyukt Kisan Morcha and the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha have declared a 'Delhi Chalo' march to urge the government to meet various demands.

In Panchkula, Section 144 has been imposed to stop big groups from gathering, and also, mobile internet services have been suspended in seven districts of Haryana.

Why? Because the farmers are planning to march to Delhi, asking the government to listen to what they want. The government is trying to make sure everything stays calm and safe during this march. They're putting these rules to avoid any problems and keep everyone safe.

Farmers want to tell the government what they need, and the government is taking steps to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's like they're being careful to prevent any trouble and to keep things peaceful.

We'll have to see how things go and if the government and the farmers can find a way to agree on mutual grounds, then the situation can improve.
