After creating waves across Maharashtra with the critically acclaimed and commercially triumphant Baipan Bhari Deva, producer Madhuri Bhosale (Emveebee Media) is now stepping into Punjabi cinema with her highly anticipated venture, Badaa Karara Pudna.

Helmed by director Parveen Kumar, with soulful compositions by Gurmeet Singh, the film promises to be a heartfelt cinematic tribute to womanhood, family bonds, and the vibrant essence of Punjab.

Badaa  Karara Pudna tells the powerful story of six estranged sisters, separated over the years due to marriages, personal struggles, and unresolved conflicts. Fate reunites them when they come together for an unexpected giddha competition —a turning point that sets the stage for rediscovering lost ties. What begins as a reluctant reunion blossoms into a joyous journey filled with laughter, tears, and the unshakable strength of sisterhood.

The film features a stellar ensemble cast including Upasana Singh, Kulraj Randhawa, Sheeba, Raj Dhaliwal, Manat Singh, and Kamaljeet Neeru, who bring to life a narrative rich with humor, heartfelt emotions, and the celebratory spirit of Punjab.

Infused with soul-stirring music, colorful traditional dance sequences, and a universal theme of family unity , Badaa Karara Pudna aims to resonate deeply not only with Punjabi audiences but also with viewers across the globe who value cultural pride and emotional storytelling.

Parveen Kumar is a Punjabi film director and writer known for his flair in family entertainers and comedy-dramas. He gained recognition with Darra (2016) and further established himself with the hit comedy Ni Main Saas Kuttni (2022), a film that humorously captured the age-old tussle between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law. Kumar’s direction is marked by light-hearted storytelling, cultural authenticity, and an ability to draw strong performances from his ensemble casts, positioning him as a promising voice in Punjabi cinema.

With its inspiring message, vibrant cultural backdrop, and powerful performances, Badaa Karara Pudna is all set to release on 26th September, 2025, to mark a glorious new chapter in Punjabi cinema under the visionary production of Madhuri Bhosale.
