How Punjabi Comedian Jaswinder Bhalla Passed Away, Death Reason Latest News: The much cherished and loved legendary Punjabi Comedian, Jaswinder Bhalla, who passed away in the wee hours on Friday, had reportedly suffered a brain stroke two days back and had been admitted to a hospital in Mohali. 

Bhalla’s health had started deteriorating last night. He took his last breath at around 4 am at Fortis Hospital in Mohali.
Bhalla’s daughter was out of the country. She had left for Europe ten days ago. She is now on her way back and is expected to reach Mohali this evening, according to reports

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has expressed grief over the sudden demise of the popular Punjabi singer, Jaswinder Bhalla. Chief Minister Mann said ‘Chacha Chatra will always remain in our hearts.’

His demise has left the Punjabi film fraternity, fans, and family mourning. 

The funeral will be performed tomorrow (August 23) at 1 pm in Mohali, the family said.

Jaswinder Bhalla was born on 4 May 1960 in Doraha. He started his career as a comedian with "Chhankata 88" in 1988. After this, he became an actor in the film "Dulla Bhatti".

Jaswinder Bhalla also served as a professor at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). He also became the brand ambassador of PAU.
