Dhurandhar Returns: First Film Re-Released Ahead of The Revenge on March 19

Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the highly anticipated sequel to the global hit Dhurandhar, is set to release on March 19, coinciding with Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, and Eid. The film will be available in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, aiming for a wide pan-Indian and international audience.

Ahead of the sequel, the first part of Dhurandhar is returning to theaters worldwide. Jio Studios and B62 Studios have announced that the original film will be screened on around 500 screens globally. In India, 250 screens will show the re-release starting March 12, while 250 screens abroad will begin screening from March 13.

Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar earned a remarkable 1,300 crore rupees globally, with about 1,000 crore coming from India alone. Its gripping storyline, set in Karachi’s Lyari area, explores violent gang wars and bloody conflicts, which contributed to its critical and commercial success.

In addition to the worldwide re-release, the makers are organising special premiere shows in the United States and Canada on March 18, a day before the global launch of the sequel. These events aim to generate excitement among international audiences ahead of the release.
