The music has been composed by global legends Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman, a collaboration that fans are calling “unbelievable.” One excited fan wrote, “Music by Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman? Am I dreaming this? These two? Together?”
Sharing his vision for the film, producer Namit Malhotra wrote, “Ten years of aspiration. Relentless conviction to bring the greatest epic of all time to the world. An outcome through a collaboration of some of the world’s best to ensure that Ramayana is presented with the greatest amount of reverence and respect. Welcome to the beginning. Let’s celebrate the IMMORTAL story of Rama vs. Ravana. Our Truth. Our History.”
Ramayana is being filmed for IMAX and presented by Prime Focus Studios in collaboration with Monster Mind Creations and the Academy Award-winning VFX studio DNEG. The teaser showcases a visually grand world crafted with top-tier visual effects, promising a cinematic experience.
