Abhijeet Dipke Says CJP Will Act as a Pressure Group From Now

No plans for electoral politics yet, as Sonam Wangchuk continues as mentor to the outfit

Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke stated on Wednesday that the party will act as a pressure group for the time being since it is what India needs right now. In an interview with reporters before the CJP's core team meeting in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, Dipke stated that the talks will center on the public's declining faith in institutions such as the court and media.

According to him, the gathering would also address topics including rising unemployment and fuel blended with ethanol.
"For now, CJP will be a pressure group, as what India needs now is a pressure group," Dipke said. Activist Sonam Wangchuk will remain their mentor, and they will consult with him, according to CJP chief spokesperson Saurav Das.

Das added that they will work to have FIRs against students who participated in the recent CJP-led demonstrations against the NEET paper leak and other exam irregularities dropped. We are discussing this matter with representatives of the government," he stated. Additionally, Das stated that efforts are being made to offer medical and legal assistance to demonstrators hurt during recent student protests nationwide.

In June, Dipke returned to India from the United States to spearhead a protest against the NEET-UG paper leak, which brought young people from all across the nation together in Delhi to call for reforms and the resignation of Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Pradhan resigned last week as a result of the initiative, which was well embraced by Gen Z nationwide.

The CJP's movement expanded throughout the nation, but protests descended into violence. In Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bihar, authorities cracked down on student agitators and filed charges against them.
